Can They See Your TikTok Profile Visit If Yours Is Off?
No. If your TikTok profile view history is off, other people should not see your visit in their profile view history, even if they have the feature turned on. The trade-off is that you also cannot see who viewed your profile while your setting is off; profile view history is designed to work when both people have it enabled.

In TikTok, go to your profile, open the menu, then look under Settings and privacy → Privacy → Profile views for the profile view history switch. Turn it off before visiting a profile if you do not want that visit to appear in the other person’s profile view history; TikTok’s menu labels may vary by app version.

If it was off when you viewed their profile, your visit should not appear in their profile view history. If you turn it off only after visiting, they may already have seen your visit while the feature was on.
Turn off profile view history in TikTok’s privacy settings before you visit their profile. Remember that this does not hide separate actions such as follows, likes, comments, or messages.
